Full Interior Restoration & Remodel
This project involved the comprehensive restoration of a single-family residence following significant water damage and mitigation work. The Home was just a shell when we started, and turned it into a beautiful home that immediately sold after completion for $1,700,000.

Our team performed a complete interior transformation, including:
- Full replacement of cabinetry and countertops throughout the home
- Installation of new luxury vinyl plank flooring across all living areas
- Custom door and hardware replacement
- Electrical reconfiguration to accommodate updated layouts
- Plumbing fixture replacement and system restoration
- Full drywall repair and interior repaint for a seamless finish
In addition to restoration work, the project expanded to include a custom master bathroom remodel, with new shower, vanities, and full accessories and cpackage.
