Built on $200M+ in hands-on project experience
At Zen Construction, we bring a disciplined, execution-focused approach to building—combining the responsiveness of a boutique firm with the experience behind large-scale, complex projects. Zen is a younger company, but it is built on a foundation of experience equating to over $200 million in completed construction across multiple sectors.
Founder Levi Marker has been delivering projects in the Arizona market since 2016, with experience spanning retail, multi-family, hospitality, education, municipal, high-rise, and specialty environments. This breadth of experience translates into a deep understanding of how to navigate design, budgeting, scheduling, and field execution—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and without unnecessary friction.
Zen Construction is built for clients who value clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and accountability from day one. Whether working with developers, ownership groups, or private clients, the focus remains the same: protect the budget, maintain the schedule, and deliver a high-quality product.
Levi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction & Engineering Management from the University of Nebraska, graduating with honors and a 3.98 GPA—bringing a strong technical foundation and detail-oriented mindset to every project.

With over 15 years of experience spanning field construction, operations management, and business development, Brian brings a rare and well-rounded perspective to Zen Construction. Few people in this industry have both poured concrete on a nuclear facility and built a client base from the ground up — Brian has done both, and that combination is what makes him a valuable partner to owners, developers, and tenants alike.
Brian's field background includes work on some of the most technically demanding projects in the region: the F-35 Training Center at Luke Air Force Base, the Tres Rios Water Treatment Plant, Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, and the Freeport Copper Mines water treatment facility in Morenci, Arizona. That experience gave him a deep respect for safety, precision, and accountability that no classroom can teach.
Beyond the field, Brian has spent years in client-facing roles —managing territories, building accounts, and developing the kind of trusted relationships that drive long-term business. He understands that construction is ultimately a people business, and he brings that same relationship-first mindset to every interaction at Zen — whether he is sourcing a new opportunity, working through a bid, or managing a project from permit to occupancy.
At Zen, Brian oversees estimating, business development, and project management, and is equally comfortable reviewing plans at the desk or walking a jobsite.
