Zen Construction completed design build tenant improvement for Reliance, transforming an open workspace into a functional, modern office environment through the installation of custom-built cubicle-style offices.
Zen worked through the existing office space systematically with the client to identify the area that would make the most sense for the buildings operation, and the existing infrastructure.
ZEN will be back to build some more for their sister company Smith Pipe & Steel later in 2026!

Scope of Work:
- Design and layout, finishes coordination
- Interior demolition of existing office space & cubicles
- Steel reinforced walls for extra rigidity
- construction of new partial-height partition walls designed to create individual workspaces while maintaining an open feel
- Custom quartz wall caps and built-in desks with custom steel supports
- Electrical and low voltage system integration and coordination with 3rd party administrators
- Maintain safe work environment in an occupied space
- Full interior refresh
