Zen Construction completed a focused interior tenant improvement for Reliance, transforming an open workspace into a functional, modern office environment through the installation of custom-built cubicle-style offices.

Scope of Work:
- Design and layout, finishes coordination
- Interior demolition of existing office space & cubicles
- Steel reinforced walls for extra rigidity
- construction of new partial-height partition walls designed to create individual workspaces while maintaining an open feel
- Custom quartz wall caps and built-in desks with custom steel supports
- Electrical and low voltage system integration and coordination with 3rd party administrators
- Maintain safe work environment in an occupied space
- Full interior refresh
