Mesa Residence Reconstruction

Zen Construction completed a full interior restoration and renovation for a client in Mesa, Arizona following significant water damage. Once the source of the intrusion was addressed, our team was brought in to restore and upgrade the interior living space.

The project included comprehensive drywall repairs throughout the unit to address damage from prolonged moisture exposure. From there, we delivered a complete interior refresh with new finishes across all living areas, creating a clean, cohesive, and modernized environment.

A key component of the project was a full bathroom remodel. The existing space was removed and rebuilt to improve both functionality and aesthetics, resulting in a durable, updated bathroom designed for long-term performance.

Additional scope included installation of new flooring, replacement of interior doors, and a full repaint of walls and ceilings throughout the unit.  Care was taken to ensure consistent finishes, clean transitions, and a high-quality final product.
